The hiring and selection process in Al Ghurair Group varies according to the Unit and the position. 
However, in most cases, the hiring and selection process follows a sequence of simple steps:

  • Job vacancies in Al Ghurair Group are posted on our career center. 
  • Candidates can search available vacancies and apply to the position of their interest.
  • If the candidate’s qualifications and experience match the job requirements, the candidate will be contacted by our recruitment team to set up an interview.
  • Usually the candidate is requested to take an assessment test to assess specific skills as the job requires.
  • The qualified candidates will be presented to the Hiring Manager for a second interview
  • If after final evaluation the candidate is shortlisted, hiring formalities including the job offer will be started.
