Interviews play a critical role in forming the first impression.  We recommend the following tips for our candidates so that they can better prepare for the interview.   

Before the interview:

  •  Try to build some knowledge about Al Ghurair Group and its Units before the interview.
  •  Prepare a list of questions that you would like to be answered by the interviewer.
  •  Make sure that you are familiar with the job description.
 

On the day of the interview:

  •  Make sure you have a professional dress code.
  •  Be punctual
  •  Remember to bring a hard copy of your résumé with you 
  •  Listen carefully to the questions being asked
  •  Answer in a concise and relevant way.
