The Group’s investments are divided into two main types: strategic and portfolio. Strategic investments encompass the group’s significant minority positions in two Dubai-listed companies – Mashreq Bank, the leading privately-owned bank in the UAE, and National Cement Company, one of the first cement producers in the UAE. Portfolio investments are managed through the Group’s Family Office and cover a variety of public and private market investments.
